The service
By using Metro Uno, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. The service helps organize properties, listings, contacts, rentals, contracts, documents, communications and administrative records. It is not a party to contracts between agencies, owners, renters or other participants.
Metro Uno does not hold, collect, transfer or move third-party money. Payments and statements are records supplied or confirmed by authorized users; they do not by themselves establish a bank transfer or replace valid receipts.
Accounts and responsible use
Use accurate information and keep control of your email and temporary sign-in codes or links. Do not share access or attempt to view data beyond your permissions. Agencies manage their team’s roles and must have authorization to upload third-party data, documents and communications.
Do not use the service for fraud, unsolicited messages, unlawful content, infringement of rights or interference with security. We may restrict access in response to misuse or security risks, subject to applicable rights and mandatory record retention.
Documents, AI and connected services
You retain rights to content you supply and authorize the processing necessary to provide the service under the privacy policy and chosen permissions. Review recipients and visibility before publishing or sharing. Financial and contractual corrections preserve history and must not be used to conceal earlier facts.
AI contract reading can make mistakes: review dates, amounts, people and terms before saving. It is not legal, accounting or financial advice. WhatsApp is optional, requires connecting an authorized number and complying with Meta’s terms, recipient consent and messaging rules; provider charges may apply.
Availability, closure and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but interruptions or provider failures may occur. Each party is responsible for its operations and for reviewing records. These terms do not exclude non-waivable rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. You can request account closure and data deletion through the channel on the data deletion page.
Changes to these terms will be published with their update date. The laws of the Argentine Republic apply, including Law 25,326 for personal data, with jurisdiction determined by applicable rules and without displacing consumer rights. Questions: admin@metrouno.com.
